10/10 recommend Modern Construction Group for all of your contracting needs. I contacted them regarding a water leak in my bedroom window, they worked with my schedule and got someone out quickly to inspect it. Gary was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, he quickly pinpointed the issue and then explained what was going on. He instructed my husband and I on exactly how to repair the issue ourselves if we wanted to save money, and also offered a quote for him to do it. Gary made us feel confident in his skills and expertise, and gave us all the information we needed to get our problem resolved. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and easy to work with! I was very impressed my their professionalism and speed of service. My inquiry was responded to same day and the contractor was out the next day for an inspection and price quote . If you are thinking of hiring Modern Construction for your construction needs don't hesitate. The professionalism, dedication.craftsmanship and customer service. Is over the top. I had 7 windows and two large sliding doors replaced. They Completed the job in a day and a half. Gary showed up to see how things were going and answered my questions. You would not even know the crew was here other than i've been left with the most amazing looking windows. They clean as they go and left my place immaculate. Also, they gave me a good price for quality work and windows. Thank you Gary, Max, Vladimir and Eugene you have made one happy customer. Requested window replacements for my original windows from the 80’s and also nee front entry and garage entry door and 3 interior doors. 10 windows, a patio slider and 5 doors in total. Gary was very helpful in helping select which windows to install and answered any questions I had. Vadym and his crew were very polite and efficient in their work and were able to complete the windows in one day and the doors in one day as soon as material arrived.
